Tuition Information:                
$48 per month

(that’s 2 classes per week for $48 per month)

Individual classes are $10 each

Tuesday 1pm CardioFit Community class is FREE to teens & adults the community          
(this would be a 3rd class weekly if you enroll & pay the monthly tuition...this class is only
available until June 7th)

Monthly tuition is due the first class of the month




Class Descriptions:
NEW!  Adult Lyrical Jazz Dance:  we are thrilled to offer this beginner dance class for those adults who
have always wanted to take dance and never have or for those of you who took dance previously and would
like to get back to it.  this class is all about the JOY of movement & expressing yourself through the flowing
beauty of a gorgeous art form.  we'll be covering the basic techniques of lyrical/contemporary ballet, jazz &
creative movement with our special blend of stretching & flexibility...and as always, a lovely meditation at the
closing of class.

BodyTone:  a wonderful mix of exercises designed to tone the arms, abs, glutes & thighs;
an excellent class to add to your weekly routine that targets the areas we most need to firm; each class
starts with a nice warm-up and will include a bit of cardio to get your body pumping before getting into the
specific toning exercises.  Great music & lots of fun too!

CardioFit Community:  a weekly, free, community class offering for teens & adults; a blend of low-impact
aerobic movements inspired by fun music; full-body toning, flexibility & stretching           

CardioFit:  a blend of low-impact aerobic movements geared towards increasing the vitality of your heart,
move to great music & receive a full-body workout

Dirty Dancing for Divas:  who says working out can’t be sexy?  join us for a fun, light-hearted,           
workout created to engage the entire body in a way that encourages your inner diva to shine

Movement & Meditation Flow:  connect to your innate rhythm & spirit through flowing dance & yoga
movements inspired to bring peace, calm & well-being; a wonderful way to honor yourself while moving
through the physical body; class incorporates meditation and relaxation techniques

Pilates Mat:  core control, spinal articulation, strengthening & lengthening the muscles...                               
that’s what you can expect from this class; enJOY classic pilates exercises along with some                      
creative variations leaving your body feeling strong, stabilized & balanced

YogaFusion:  Our signature class!  a harmony of Yoga postures & stretching which create space, balance &
elongation throughout the body...this class encourages you to connect mind, body & spirit and can change
your outlook on life too.  Slow down the busy-ness of your mind & get into a state of peace & Zen.
